Probably ok: Usual symptoms to be aware of that need immediate medical attention are change in behavior, vomiting, not stopping crying head and neck pain, difficult to awaken becomes difficult to console, not walking normally.

Closed head injury: As long as he is alert and isnt vomiting he should be alright.Be on the alert for any change in behavior. If begins vomiting or becomes sleepy and is fifficult to rouse, head for the er.
