Not now: I assume that the comment " it got red and ..." means that she hit her head? Did she lose consciousness or have trouble walking? (if she walks yet). If she is not vomiting and is focusing on you and acting normal, then you can just keep an eye on her and go to the er if she changes at all. Don't hesitate to contact your doctor's office to discuss this either, they can help!
