Changes in pressure: If you have an underlying issue with fluid in your inner ear, behind the ear drum and the changes in the pressure in your ear during orgasm may bring to surface a congestion problem inside your ears. If you have allergies or sinus issues this is highly likely. I would recommend you have your ears examined . If there is fluid in your ear or even infection that can be seen. Ear coning may help.
