Popcorn and seeds: We have general ideas but your experience is important. Nuts and seeds, hard little pieces, can get caught in the little pockets and cause trouble. Tomatoes and berries have seeds though and most people are not bothered by them. Popcorn is the worst. Stringy fibrous foods like veggies give you the fiber you need without threatening the diverticula.
