Hi. since last night i've been getting really strong pains in my stomach area just above my groin it comes and gos about every half he or so any help?

Many possibilities: The stomach is up in the left upper quadrant of your abdomen so I am guessing that this pain is lower down in the pelvic area? Is it affected by having a bowel movement or urination? Any discharge? You should probably see a doctor as the list of possibilities is long including appendicitis, urinary stones or infection and other issues which can be serious if left undiagnosed.
