Exam needed: These symptoms could be due to a partial intestinal obstruction from an inguinal hernia or adhesions. She should be examined by a physician as soon as possible and the appropriate tests will be ordered in order to make a diagnosis and avoid very serious complications of possible complete intestinal obstruction,perforation,dehydration,etc. A surgical consultation will be advised most likely,also.
