Hypogonadism: Hypogonadism (or andropause) is a clinical manifestation of low testosterone. One of the symptoms is loss of libido or sex drive. Low t may (not) affect your ability to reach orgasm although some medications, especially ssri-class of antidepressants are linked to anorgasmia. Of course, depression can also lower one's sex drive. Rather than focus on low t, go see your family doc for a complete eval.
