See below: Something else is going on if your arms are giving you trouble as restless leg syndrome doesn't affect arms. You may have neuropathy from your neck in your arms. Consider seeing your doctor for an evaluation.

Usually a reason: When I have senn restless legs progress into the arms it is normally associated with iron deficiency or kidney problems. Sometimes the use of Levodopa can cause that as well. Certainly other causes including neuropathy should be excluded.
