? Ovarian cyst or?: You need to see dr for diagnosis & possible treatment. Pain needs to be addressed. More medical history, physical examination & likely an abdominal ultrasound &/or x-ray study (if not pregnant) required. Could be ectopic pregnancy, ovarian cyst, hernia, bowel problem like constipation, bowel inflammation, left sided appendix etc..
