Yes: Sleeping on your belly isn't really harmful like most women believe, it just becomes uncomfortable as it enlarges. In addition while you are asleep you actually have no control over what position your body takes.

Pregnancy and sleep: The position you sleep while pregnant isn't problematic unless you sleep on your back. Then, the uterus can rest on the blood vessels and cause problems. If you are sleeping on your stomach, it won't harm the baby cushioned by the fluid around it. Nor will you injure yourself. Still, as the pregnancy grows, you'll find that it's more comfortable sleeping on your side.
