Nutrition/exercise: A good nutrition plan (diabetic diet is good) and aerobic exercise is going to be your best option. Having an 11 month old can certainly tie up your time and energy, but start finding those times and increase to 4 or more times a week to exercise and eat healthy. You should eat a minimum of 5 time a day. I like the 1500 calorie flat belly plan.
