Get evaluated by doc: Occasional ache/pain occurs in everyone at some point, but persistent pain should be evaluated. It is possible you may have sprain/strains, degenerative joint/disc disease, stenosis, spondylolithesis (bone slipping off/out), spinal abscess, even kidney stone, colitis, ovarian cyst, appendicitis etc.Can cause back/waist pain .I would consult doc for an evaluation. Motrin/tylenol may help. Good luck.
