Evening primrose: Depends on why you are taking it (what are you treating?) and the brand you are using. Active ingredient concentrations vary widely between products since supplements are not regulated by the fda. Also, if you are taking prescription meds &/or other supplements, there may be drug interactions that affect the active levels of the different drugs.
