See your dentist: If your filling fell out, you will need to see a dentist to evaluate why and suggest treatment options. You gave us very little information to work with. How long ago was your last dental checkup? Why can't you get x-rays? Even pregnant women can have a limited number of x-rays for emergency situations as long as proper precautions are taken.
