It is possible: Metallic tast can be caused by several factors and sress is one of them.Infections in your mouth, teeth or gums, sinus infections and several medications can also cause this. Some vitamen deficiencies such as b-12 or zinc deficincy can do this. There are a number of systemic conditions that can do this also. It would be a good idea to have a evaluatin by your doctor and find out why.
