Yes: You should seek advice and treatment from a psychiatrist. Treatment is mainly through counseling and sometimes anti-anxiety medications.

Hypochondriasis: First have a complete physical examination with a Medical Dr. to determine if your illness is imaginary or real. If you do not have a physical illness then consult with a Clinical Psychologist to find out the cause of your fears and help you overcome them. Medication can be additional help.
