Lose weight fast: Well, the goal should be to lose weight in a healthy way and keep it off permanently. Trying to lose weight rapidly with an extreme "crash" diet is a setup for failure, or the yo-yo effect (when you stop the diet you regain the weight back plus more). Eat healthy (high protein & vegetables, low in carbs and sugar) and do a lot of cardiovascular exercise.
