Clarify?: If you are asking "does HIV cure autoimmune disease" then the answer is no. Getting HIV does not make your autoimmune disease go away. If you are asking "can a patient with both HIV and autoimmune diseases be cured" then the answer is yes the symptoms of both diseases can be addressed to make the patient feel better, but neither disease has a cure yet.

See below: There is a strange phenomena where CD4 counts are low the autoimmune disease can get better, but the HIV gets worse. When the HIV is better with higher CD4 is higher, the autoimmune disease is worse. You do not want to have both together as it is difficult to treat one disease without making the other worse.
