What is she eating: What is she eating for breakfast? Did that change in the last week or so? If she is able to eat and drink normally then trying to stop a daily loose stool carries more risks than benefits. Just make sure she stays hydrated.

Nothing serious: With 1 loose bm per day, it either is a result of trouble digesting a food or a very low grade infection. Some believe that teething might cause this symptom for some reason. In any case with her acting normally i would not worry and it should pass.
