Do you have any: Insight into why you are angry? It sounds like it is negatively impacting your quality of life. There are many things that can be done to cool down a hot tamale- have you considered meditation, yoga or acupuncture? Also think about cognitive behavioral therapy it can be very effective at working on the cognitive distortions that lead to your anger.
