If you are "getting angry and irritated a lot", obtain counseling and begin learning how to deal with your emotions. A stroke is unlikely unless you have uncontrolled hypertension, hyperlipidemia, hyperhomocysteinemia, diabetes, or classical migraine complicated by smoking and birth control pills.

The problem is that you don’t know all the underlying conditions in your body. For certain conditions extreme anger could raise your blood pressure so much that it would lead to a stroke. Please see a Clinical Psychologist with expertise in multiple types of psychotherapy for help with your anger.
