A member asked:

Will i always be contagious to hvp even after treatment?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

HVP is tricky: After treatment for HPV, it is advisable to follow up with your doctor as scheduled. I would hope that indeed you're cured - but that's something only your doctor can guess at, since viruses cannot be seen, and it depends on what exactly the doc did to treat you. Are you a risk to others? Well it's always good to talk about these things and practice safe sex. Be safe and stay well.
