Postmenopausal Bleed: Any bleeding from the vagina that occurs after menopause should be evaluated by a gynecologist. Just because you see blood in your vagina doesn't mean that it couldn't have come from the cervix or the uterus, both of which should be evaluated for infection, polyps, or even the development of cancer. The tingling should be discussed with your GYN as well. A pelvic exam is important.
