Deltoid pain, what is best i can do to ease the pain?

May not be: Deltoid pain at all. Could be a tear in one of the rotator cuff muscles, like supraspinatus or bicep tendonitis. Don't guess, see your doctor for a physical exam to get appropriate treatment or physical therapy.
