Probably not much: High urinary dopamine can be caused by urine overcollection, certain common medications, and some very rare kinds of tumors that cause symptoms you'd definitely notice. This test wasn't done on a whim. It was ordered for a reason. Discuss this with your doctor. He's ethically obligated to interpret this for you or if he can't, to find someone who can. But no symptoms is a reassuring sign.
