Don't know what you mean by "levels". Dopamine is a neurotransmitter. Neurotransmitters don't have "levels." They are made in presynaptic neurons, released, diffuse across the synaptic cleft (milliseconds), bind to the postsynaptic neuron (milliseconds), then are destroyed and recycled.
