No: Your optic nerve is not something that you just can "strengthen."if your optic nerve is diseased, for example, with glaucoma , there is treatment to preserve nerve function. But if there has been disease that has damaged the nerve, as in an ischemic process, the optic nerve has very little potential to recover to see better, despite any treatment. See an ophthalmologist to evaluate your eyes.
