? clarification need: I see you are listed as 47y/o. If you mean you haven't had cycle since 40 and now have abd pain - then you should go in for eval of all your abdomino/pelvic organs . It matters where the pain is and if it is associated with any other symptoms. If you are actually 40 and cycle just stopped then need to r/o pregnancy.
