What can i use for shin pain if i don't have a doctor?

Many options: Shin pain not from trauma can be treated with daily stretching, ice packs, heating pads, strengthening exercises, and over the counter anti-inflammatory medications such as advil or aleve (naproxen). If these don't help, best to see a doctor to make sure of the diagnosis.

Stretch: Look up stretches for shin splints. They are highly successful- if this doesnt help, then see a specialist.
