I ran one week and rest the next week and i ice them but the next week its still hurting the side of my shin but i just run it,should i see a doctor?

Shin splints: It appears you have shin pain from running with inflammation. I would ice after running and use Advil 400 mg every 6 hrs until pain subsides, sometimes days-weeks. If you avoid running, jumping and pain continues despite Advil after 2 weeks- 4 weeks, see MD to check it.
