Seafood allergy: Your best answer will come from an allergist that tests you to seafood and determine what you are allergic to. Generally if you are allergic to shellfish you will need to avoid shrimp, lobster and crab. Mollusks are a different category, and fish also may still be ok. Get tested for answers.
