Stomach Pain: Be very careful with this. Conditions such as appendicitis, gall bladder disease, and intestinal obstruction should be ruled out. If simple antacids or drugs like zantac (ranitidine) or Pepcid do not relieve your discomfort within 24 hours, seek medical care as soon as possible.
