Difficult: First you would want to have as much surgical removal of endometriosis as possible by a fertility specialist who does a lot of surgery. Then you would want to go on Lupron (leuprolide) with add back therapy to suppress the endo as much as possible. Only in a last resort would you want to remove the intestine.
