Marijuana: There have not been any specific studies re marijuana on plantar fascitis that i know of but in some states its legal to use it for chronic pain and plantar fascitis for some patients is a long standing problem most cases can be resolved in a short duration 3-6 weeks i would first try , orthotics , stretching , nsaids and see a podiatrist if you have not done so yet.

Maybe, but...: We do not know. It certainly has the ability to make you feel better and may relieve some pain.
