What vitamins are good for menopause?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

If you: Eat a healthy diet, vitamins won't help you with menopause. Make sure, however, that you get in sufficient calcium and vitamin d and that your d level isn't low, as that can lead to further bone loss. Check w/your doctor.
