Asthma: If you mean something that works fast to treat acute asthma symptoms, albuterol inhalers and caffeinated products do a trick. But a long standing remedy cannot be quick and asthma needs constant follow up and monitoring.

Define "quick" ?: There is no cure for asthma. True asthma is a chronic condition marked by events of wheezing/cough. Inhalers with albuterol usually act within minutes to help an acute event but daily maintainance meds are important in overall management. With a well managed treatment plan someone can get events down to a minimum and lead a relatively normal life, but the potential for a next event is always there
