Several options: In general the treatment of asthma is: avoidance of triggers/allergens, medications (including nasal steroids, long acting beta agonists, leukotriene blockers) and immunotherapy. In severe asthma other more potent anti - inflammatory medications could be used as well. Xolair can be considered in some cases as well.
