Possibly: The prep for colonoscopy which give you diarrhea may result in some dehydration which can leave you prone to developing a uti.

None.: There is no connection at all. Colonoscopy has risks, but UTI is not one of them. If you get frequent utis, though, you might want to look into why. Start with your family doctor.
