Miralax (polyethylene glycol): Constipation in pregnacny is common due to elevated Progesterone levels and iron in the pnv. Adequate hydration 8-10 glasses of water per day, MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) or milk of magnesia to get the boweks moving then colace 1-2 times per day to keep the "new" stool soft. Congrats and good luck!

Miralax (polyethylene glycol): Fiber, fluid, exercise and MiraLAX (polyethylene glycol) . Miralax (polyethylene glycol) is not absorbed in your system and thus should not hurt your baby.
