Fibers and fluids: Benefiber, metamucil, fibercon are all safe for use during pregnancy. Increase fluids and keep active. Roughages such as fresh/leafy veggies and fruits are healthy and will help constipation as well. Mineral oil can also be used because it is not absorbed. If hypothyroid, dosge of med may need to be increased. If persistent, consult doc for eval. Congrats on your pregnancy. Good luck.

Drink: More fluids and tolerate the frequent urination, avoid caffeine and alcohol and exercise regularly within the limits set by your ob.
