Unclear: If you haven't taken a pregnancy test, that should be your next step. Bleeding can occur due to a period, threatened miscarriage, ectopic pregnancy or just implantation bleeding.

May be period: Implantation may result in spotting, but if you are bleeding more than that, it may be your period. You may have sex every day, if you wish, but you may wish to consult your doctor about timing of sex to improve your chances. Time to do pregnancy test is 4-5 days after a missed period.
