Hydrocortisone : This may represent an irritant contact dermatitis. Use unscented soaps and moisturizers only. Avoid whitening toothpaste. Try Hydrocortisone 1% cream for at most 1 week. If not improving, consult a dermatologist for treatment and possible patch testing for contact allergy if needed.
