can u get poison ivy in lungs. i was breathing poison ivy dust the othee day and now i have chest pain on right side when swallowing.

Lungs Unlikely: People have been shown to have a reaction to burned poison ivy/oak. Additionally, sensitive individuals have been shown to have mucosal involvement if truly sensitive (to include mouth and throat). I would see your pcp to assess your condition.
