Yes, but: There are otc agents to ease the discomfort of dysuria, but they interfere with the urine dipstick test your doc will probably use first & make it virtually unreadable. Better choices are increased fluids—water, cranberry juice, not oj or pop—and acidifying the urine either with cranberry juice or vitamin c tablets. Make earliest appointment with doc you can.
