Sounds like a: problem for urologist. Get a referral to a urologist at your nearest university medical center or tertiary referral center. This is not normal.

Dysuria: Bacteria such as Ureaplasma, Mycoplasma can cause dysuria and a urinalysis may appear normal despite infection by one of these organisms, doxycycline/azithromycin is used to treat infections caused by these bacteria, if symptoms persist a urologist can perform a cystoscopy for further evaluation
