My hcg level was 229 at 4 weeks and at 4 weeks and 2 days it was 329 there was 36 hours between blood tests. are tge numbers ok?

Not clear yet: The first number is very high, suggestive of twins. The second number did not rise as much as expected. So it is possible one one survived. It could be overall an abnormal pregnancy. It could be totally fine with a rise just now as much as expected. It will take another 10 days or so to figure out.
