Not curable: Since cervical spondylosis is arthritis changes in the cervical spine, it cannot be cured. It is a normal degenerative process as we age.

Cervical arthritis: Other causes for this type of arthritis include mva with some head, neck, and or back trauma, and other sporting injuries, such as football, gymnastics, cheerleading, where activities and falls can put stresses on the bone, that years later will lead to arthritis and spondylosis.
