Endometriosis: In women with pain symptoms endometriosis is the most common cause. You could have ovarian cysts or even fibroids but they are less common. An evaluation can determine if there is anything easily identifiable but treatment and whether or not to seek a diagnosis really depends on how you feel, whether you want children later, and what is seen.
