URS: Stones that low do much better with ureteroscopy. Some urologists are less comfortable with endoscopy will recommend eswl.

Use URSL...: Nowadays, ursl should be of choice to remove the impacted 10-mm stone at uvj due to the availability of fine instruments and professional proficiency abound.
