Sciatica?: 31 year old women should not be using walkers. See a doctor. Weakness of both legs can be caused by sciatica, but not so much cramping or stiffness.

Claudication: - cramping and pain in the lower extremities with walking - can be a sign of peripheral vascular disease and getting a workup would be advisable.
